Summary:
Setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment, and facility maintenance by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
1. Support a Safety Culture by:
-Advance plant's safety culture through improving equipment reliability and eliminate upset conditions.
-Interacting and coordinating with plant operations to design and implement safety improvement projects
-Participating in the safety and good housekeeping programs as established within the plant.
2. Supports the maintenance department in all the phases of maintenance, both facility and equipment.
3. Strong mechanical skills which include pneumatic, hydraulic, rotating equipment and motor/drive train.
4. Strong electrical skills which include 480V, control voltage, PLC troubleshooting and sensor installation.
5. Experience with safety systems such as gate lock, relay or guarding.
6. Ability to read all types of blueprints and schematics.
7. Proficient with electrical trouble shooting meters.
8. Proficient in problem solving and troubleshooting
9. Support Production and offer suggestions to reduce equipment downtime and improve Overall Equipment efficiency
10. Record all necessary maintenance recordkeeping through the companies CMMS systems
11. Assist in training technical aspects of equipment operation
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 yrs of prior experience as a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician working with similar equipment. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
