Gabriel Development Gabriel Development Wadsworth, OH Wadsworth, OH Full-time Full-time $23 - $26 an hour $23 - $26 an hour 12 days ago 12 days ago 12 days ago Duties - Perform general bookkeeping duties, including maintaining accurate financial records and preparing financial reports - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data - Prepare and submit payroll information, including calculating employee hours and wages - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes - Maintain and update the general ledger - Monitor and maintain ISNET account (training provided) - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information Requirements - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role - Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices - Proficient in using accounting software (Quickbooks) - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks - familiarity with tax preparation processes - Experience with bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and general ledger accounting - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Note:
