This position will be responsible for approximately 15 machines in conjunction with coaching operators (3-4) who run the machines.
In the Lead Manufacturing Associate role you will be a pivotal part of driving the effectiveness and efficiency of the manufacturing floor while you work hands on to keep production running smoothly.

Lead Manufacturing Associate Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Oversee the production process in assigned section, making sure that products are manufactured to quality standards Maintain an awareness of production/ work that take place in assigned section Train and coach machine operators Adding color and completing color changes Change and replace graphic/UPC labels on robots Assist with the startup and shut down of presses, as well as purging material Verify that adequate/required sample parts are at each press Communicate press/part issues with Process Technicians Collaborate with material handler on what supplies are needed Complete required paperwork in a timely manner Comply with all processing procedures as set up by the Production Supervisor Maintain a safe work environment Lead Manufacturing Associate

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

2 Years- Production Lead or Supervisor in a manufacturing environment Ability to manage frequent interruptions Excellent written and oral communication Ability to lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs.
Ability to adjust priorities as needed Ability and desire to coach and mentor Strong attention to detail Strong work ethic About Us:
