The Executive Assistant maintains a professional & collaborative office environment.
Using outstanding judgement this person will demonstrate the ability to function independently while considering all the varied aspects of situations requiring confident decision-making, and response to various priorities while working with minimal supervision.
Discretion and tact are essential to be able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
This role will be required to work well under pressure - tight deadlines, anticipated schedule demands, coordinating changes with little advanced notice, etc.

Provides support to the Executive team relative to travel arrangements/bookings as well as expense report management and completion.
Welcomes visitors and identifies the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department.
Manages the executive's calendar/business calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
Provides administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf.
Manages, edits, and consolidates relevant PowerPoint presentations for meetings, special events, visits.
Plans & prepares for meetings & special events such as Board of Directors' meetings, Executive team meetings and other relevant on and offsite events.
This includes organizing meetings, scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary as well as managing applicable materials.
Maintains company's permanent documents in both paper & electronic versions (contracts, agreements, SLAs, MSAs, etc.
) - currently sits with Mary Other duties as assigned Associate degree in business administration or related field preferred.
Minimum three (3) years of experience in a similar role supporting senior executives.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
