CONVENIENCE STORE SHIFT LEADER As a BellStore Shift Leader, you work closely with both store management and our CSR team to ensure a smooth workflow, exceptional customer service and a committed team effort.
You serve as a role model for exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Enforce and support company policies, procedures and programs.
Oversee and coordinate the work of other employees.
Assist the store manager in the implementation and management of Programs, policies and procedures.
Facilitate communication between management and team members.

Ability to work all afternoon shifts, holidays, and weekends.
