Summary:
The manager is responsible for the operations of our Wadsworth, OH branch offices (approximately 8 current employees total).
Responsibilities include member service, lending, product sales, new member growth, business development, employee development, and facility management.
Work involves managing branch operations while identifying and acquiring new local partner relationships with local employers and enhanced community relationships.
Resources to do the job require reliance on technical knowledge of credit union policy regarding branch operations and personnel management.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing leadership, coaching, and training Ensuring a well-maintained, clean, organized, clutter-free, and professional looking facility and grounds Participating in branch functions and community activities to promote GenFed's image and growth, at times coordinating networking and community events Conducting and coordinating local member group visits and presentations Partnering with other credit union staff in organizing and attending outside events Developing and implementing strategies for achieving and exceeding branch performance goals Ensuring branch employees consistently exceed sales and service goals and customer satisfaction expectations Acting as a sales leader generating new lending opportunities by leveraging branch walk-in traffic, participating in outside networking and community events, and other actions including aggressive outbound telemarketing to existing and potential members Providing consistent quality customer service to both internal and external customers that meets or exceeds established standards Over-seeing the credit union's frontline including checking, investments, and other products/services via interaction with the Senior Member Service Representative (SMSR) and all branch MSR's Resolving complex member issues related to investments, loans, and any banking-related product, service or relationship Leading branch collection efforts including routine collection calls through repossessions and foreclosures, with support from GenFed's Collection Department leaders as needed Ensuring branch operational integrity:
communication and compliance with all credit union policies and procedures Aligning job responsibilities to individual employee talents Managing employee hiring and performance management Qualifications/Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred, and three to five years management experience in a credit union or banking environment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience Retail or restaurant service experience with profit and loss responsibility Ability to motivate or influence others Excellent written, verbal and overall communications skills Business Development skills Working knowledge of local centers of influence and established relations in the local community Successful track record of setting, then meeting or exceeding, individual and team objectives Proven leadership quality with strong ability to train, supervise and develop a team Strong customer service skills Cash handling experience Experience in collections Excellent time management skills Proven math skills In-depth understanding of and ability to interpret regulations affecting investment, lending, and all products/services at GenFed Ability to work with minimal supervision Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Flexible schedule with some evenings and weekends required in addition to occasional travel Benefit Package:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
