00 Provide front desk reception duties for the office which includes answering and transferring all phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items Maintain a tracking system on all incoming & outgoing mails and courier items for the office Schedules deliveries for logistics.
Assist in General Office administration.
Assist in the coordination of company functions/events.
Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities for other departments.
Assist Human Resources department.
Coordinates all supplies for the organization Make all necessary travel plans including booking hotels and flight plans Greets and directs visitors to the company.
Coordinate lunches for meetings, and events.
